A low-hardness black steel plate for drawn and deep-drawn containers is a continuously annealed low-hardness black steel plate with a hardness of T1 to T2.5 and a manufacturing method thereof. This black steel plate can be used to manufacture drawn thinned containers and deep drawn containers. Proper control of the Mn and Ti content in the steel ensures excellent calenderability and stable material properties. The composition (by weight percentage) of the black steel plate is: 0.005% or less C, 0.1%-0.3% Mn, 0.015% or less S, 0.02%-0.05% acid-soluble A1, 0.004% or less N, 0.015%-0.035% Ti, and complemented by Fe and other unavoidable impurities.
